At The Jewel Next Door, we take pride in the quality of our handmade jewelry and crochet products. Each piece is carefully checked before shipping, but if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We only accept returns in case of damaged or defective products.

• To be eligible, you must provide an uncut video recording of the product being unboxed, clearly showing the damage at the time of opening.

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted without this video proof.

Conditions

• The request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Crochet items and handmade jewelry may have slight variations as they are handcrafted; such variations will not be considered defects.

• Items bought during sale/discounts are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive items (like earrings) are not eligible for returns/exchanges unless damaged on arrival.
